JonBenét died from erotic
asphyxiation while playing the choking game with Burke. Her death was tragic
and unintentional. John Ramsey was responsible for JonBenét learning about the
choking game and he needed to manipulate the crime scene to direct attention
away himself.
Patsy wanted to convince Burke that
kidnappers took and killed JonBenét and that he was in no way responsible for
JonBenét’s death. Burke readily accepted her story and came to believe that an
intruder killed his sister.
John allowed the mob to use
JonBenet for their sex play. His actions imparted information to JonBenet that
choking can give pleasure. John had to cover-up the crime for his own
protection.
